Immense and vast, once thriving and once flourishing

Perplexed, unsure, of what fate befell this once great nation
What came to pass, that induced the gods to forsake and smite them?

Bones are scattered about
This is sacred ground

When darkness steals the light, do you fear your soul is tainted?
Are you prepared to pay the price?

Ivy adorned, colossal structures carved from limestone
A stench so foul, the streets are coated with a mucus substance
This dense forest is cursed

Underneath, some horror stirs from disrupted sleep
Get on your knees, raise your hands and pray for mercy

It emerges from the black

The massive beast is back

If fangs don't tear you to shreds, it will swallow you whole, you will wish you were

Run

From the bloodied hands of murderers
To the perverted minds of elders
Justice will come disguised as evil
And that's exactly what we deserve

Emerging from the black to cleanse your soul from evil deeds
Your eyes will pop your organs crushed and harder it will squeeze
The serpent from the garden sees right through your disguise
It takes pleasure from your pain, wrath encompassing the sky

An ancient evil woke it's slither utterly destructive

Decimating all in its path, look to your sins
Forgiveness comes to some, though your fate is already written
